Sub:-Legal notice relating to promissory note amount - Rg.
Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Sri. Bandi Sana
Reddy son of Sana Reddy door No:-8/70 upstairs, 10th road Vijaya Durga
colony, R.V.Nagar post Kadapa city, I herely issue this legal notice to you
with the following facts.

1. My client borrowed rupees one lakh from you by executing

promissory note from you for doing his real estate business. My client
purchased lands and house sites with the borrowed amounts at the rates
prevailing at that time. Now prices of the lands and house sites have
fallen down due to the death of Y.S.Rajasekhar Reddy and also due to
demonetizations of currency.

2.My client has no intention to cheat you without paying your

amount. The real-estate business has fallen down beyond the estimation
of realestate business person. So my client is unable to discharge debts
payable to you. You approached the police of Kadapa Taluka police
station on 02-01-2018 and 22-01-2018 and used police force for
realisation of your amount. The sub inspector of Taluka police station
Kadapa ordered my client to pay half of that amount on 25-01-2018. My

client is unable to pay half of your debt amount to you on 25-01-2018 as
per the order of S.I of Taluka police station since he could not realise such
amounts due to the down fall of prices of properties purchased by my
client with the amount you.

3.You also went to house of my client on 10-11-2017 and 15-12-

2017 and scolded my client in the most Abusive language and threatened
my client with your gun for realization of your amount. The reputation
and respect of my client suffered a lot due to criminal force and
defamatory language used in front of the house of my client on 10-11-
2017 and also on 15-12-2017. You have no right or authority to use police
force for realization of your amount from my client.

4.The collection of your promissory note amount is a civil matter,

and that civil matter cannot be decided by police force in instead of civil
court. There are number of civil courts in Kadapa for filling civil suit for
realisation of your amount. My client has to commit suicide if you force
my client by using police force since my client has no money with him
due to the reason of falling down of pieces of properties purchased with
your amount. My client has to approach the superintendent of police of
Kadapa for protection and saving his life from using the police force
against my client for realisation of your amount.

5.Therefore pleased take this legal notice and that my is praying

you not to use criminal force of police for realisation of your promissory
note amount. You can file a civil suit in the court of law for realisation of
your amount in case if your promissory note is going to expire the date of
limitation. Otherwise my client is forced to approach the superintendent
of police Kadapa for his protection and safe guarding his life from suicide
owing to the use of police criminal force by you against my client by
holding you liable for costs and consequences.
