Procedure
1. Charge the mixing vessel with water, and commence stirring.
2. Add the DDBSA while mixing and SLOWLY add the sodium hydroxide solution.
(Caution - this is an exothermic reaction. Cool the mixing vessel if necessary)
3. Check & adjust the pH to neutral with either more sodium hydroxide or phosphoric acid,
as needed.
4. While stirring, add the remaining ingredients in the order given and mix until homogenous.

Procedure
1. Add caustic soda to water.
2. Add alkyl benzene sulphonic acid, stir until all neutralized.

dissolved.
4. Add Integra 44, dye, lemon and citric acid.

Procedure
1. Charge water to the vessel.

6. Adjust pH to 6.8~7.0 with citric acid or NaOH.

Procedure
1. Dissolve Eltesol SX pellet, sodium metasilicate, KOH, EDTA and tetrapotassium pyrophosphate in water.
2. Add Empilan KA 590, Surfadone LP-100 and Gantrez AN-169.
3. Add isopropyl alcohol, and the remaining ingredients, stir until clear

Procedure

Procedure
1. Warm Adogen 442 to 55°C, then add into water and stir well at 55°C.
2. Cool to 35°C.
3. Add Surfadone, Integra 44, fragrance and dye.

Procedure
1. Charge water into the vessel.
2. Add tetrapotassium pyrophosphate and EDTA, stir until all dissolved.
3. Add Empigen BAC 80, stir until homogeneous.
4. Add Surfadone LP-100, stir until dissolved.
5. Add dye and fragrance.

Procedure
1. Charge the mixing vessel with the water, and commence stirring.
2. Premix Gantrez S97-BF in some M-Pyrol to form slurry, and add to mixer.
3. Use the remaining M-Pyrol to rinse the premix vessel into the mixer, to ensure that all the
Gantrez S97-BF is added.
4. Add the Alcohol Ethoxylate and Surfadone LP-300 with stirring.
5. Finally add Monoethanolamine. The neutralization of the acidic functionalities causes the
polymer to swell, resulting in a clear, viscous solution.
6. Continue stirring to ensure the polymer becomes fully hydrated

Procedure
1. Charge water to a clean, dry vessel.
2. Add Mulgofen ON-870 to the water and mix until homogenous.
3. Add Gantrez AN-169 slowly to the water/surfactant mix and heat to 70-80°C.
Stir until a thick gel results. (Note: Make up any water loss and cool to 40°C.)
4. Add the hydrochloric acid and mix well until homogenous.

Procedure
1. Mix chemicals in the following order: Water, Surfactant FC-120, Surfadone LP-300, Wacker SRE, Ethylene glycol
methyl ether, Dipropyl glycol methyl ether, 2-Pyrol or M-Pyrol, Dibutyl phthalate, Tributoxy ethyl phosphate and
Integra 44. Agitate for a few minutes.
2. Slowly add Primal B-924 with constant stirring and continue to stir for 30 minutes.
3. Slowly add Primal E-1531 with constant stirring and continue to stir for 10 minutes.
4. Slowly add Michem ME 39235 with constant stirring and continue to stir for 1 hour.
5. Allow standing for a day before use.

Procedure
1. Dissolve KELGIN HV in cold water by gradual addition and good agitation.
2. Take the KELGIN HV solution and add Calgon, Pluronic L44, Dowcide A and Glycerine.
3. Add Celite 315 to the liquid mixture and heat up to 140 F.
4. In another container, dissolve the carnauba wax in mineral oil.
5. Add the hot liquid mixture of Step 3 slowly to the Step 4 solution with good agitation.
6. Cool the resulting product, pass through a colloid mid and package

Metal Cleaner

Procedure
1. Add acid to M-Pyrol and water with continuous stirring.
2. A slight exothermic reaction will occur.
3. Mix all ingredients until you have a homogenous cleaner solution.
