AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER

Due to the partial lapse in appropriations for the Department of Justice that lasted from
December 22, 2018, to January 25, 2019, the court suspended all pending deadlines in this case
apart from the government’s pre-trial memorandum, and directed the parties to propose a
schedule within five days of restoration of funding. ECF No. 195.

In consideration of the parties’ proposals, see ECF Nos. 198 & 199, and as discussed
during a scheduling conference held today, February 13, 2019, the court amends the schedule as
follows for further proceedings in this case:
