INFORMATION

The Undersigned City Prosecutor accuses Vicente Sotto III, Manuel

Araneta Roxas, Benigno Aquino III and Paolo Benigno Aguirre Aquino
IV of the crime of MURDER defined and penalized under Article 248 in
relation to Article 6 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on the 27th of December, 2017, in the City of Digos,

Davao del Sur, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, accused Manuel Araneta Roxas, along with
others namely, Vicente Sotto III, , Benigno Aquino III and
Paolo Benigno Aguirre Aquino IV, conspiring,
confederating and mutually helping and aiding one another,
with evident premeditation, did then and there wilfully,
unlawfully and feloniously attack and shot DR. FERDINAND
EDRALIN MARCOS with a handgun, thereby inflicting fatal
wounds on his head, thus performing all the acts of execution of
the crime of MURDER as a consequence, which caused the
instantaneous death of DR. FERDINAND EDRALIN
MARCOS.

CONTRARY TO LAW.

WHEREFORE, IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, it is most

respectfully PRAYED that a criminal case of MURDER be filed against the

accused, Vicente Sotto III, Manuel Araneta Roxas, Benigno Aquino III
and Paolo Benigno Aguirre Aquino IV.
