A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF THE OVERTIME

JOB AMOUNTING P 23,865.38 FOR THE CONDUCT OF CODIFICATION
OF GENERAL ORDINANCES PROJECT CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE
2014 APPROPRIATION OF THE SP OFFICE

WHEREAS, presented for consideration was the letter of Vice Mayor Harris Glenn
D. Puyot, requesting this August Body to charge the payment of overtime work
amounting to P23,865.38 of the Technical Working Group who rendered overtime work
in the Codification Project, against the 2014 appropriation of the SP Office;

WHEREAS, the said letter was referred to the Committee on Appropriation,

Budget and Finance for study, evaluation and recommendations;

WHEREAS, the Committee in its report dated February 7, 2014 recommends to

grant the said request having found the subject matter in order and worthy of support.

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 3rd Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 27 th Regular

Session assembled, to authorize the payment of the overtime job amounting to Twenty
Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Five & 38/100 Pesos Only (P 23,865.38)
for the conduct of Codification of General Ordinances project chargeable against the
2014 appropriation of the SP Office.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide copies of this Resolution to the Office of the

City Budget Officer; the Office of City Accountant; the Office of City Planning and
Development Coordinator; the Office of City Treasurer, all of this City, for information
and guidance.
