 Develop operational maintenance policies and procedures in line with acceptable industry
practice that will guide and facilitate the review of annual maintenance audit report presented
to management.

Mantrac Ghana Limited is the sole authorized dealer for Caterpillar products in Ghana. It distributes
and support the full range of CAT construction equipment including wheel loaders, skid steer loaders,
dump articulated trucks, backhoe loaders, excavators, motor graders, etc. Mantrac also has well
equipped service centers with the necessary diagnostic and repair tools to service and overhaul the
wide range of CAT products it supplies.

RESPONISIBITIES:
 Manage and direct daily activities of the CNC production shop workflow, scheduling and
personnel in compliance using quality procedure and inspection of engine components after
machining.
 Lead a zero tolerance component tested process to prevent premature failure.
 Manage the CNC Rottler Plant leaving no room for error, to meet priorities and deadlines.
 Responsible for training mechanical apprentices and technicians on workshop safety, precision
measuring equipment such as micrometer, Vernier caliper and Vernier depth gauge, pressure
gauge, and total maintenance practices of machinery and maintenance management
 Using caterpillar service information system (S.I.S) to carry out work to meet standard and
deadline
 Strip and rebuild all caterpillar engine models and other industrial machines
 Ensure adherence safety standard of subordinates and their team mates.
 Perform monthly contamination control audit for good housekeeping to enhance expectant life
of rebuild components/engines.
