Protection of Marble, Tile and Carpet, Wooden flooring is contractor's responsibility till handover. No extra shall be paid

Making of Provision / Drilling / Cutting holes for Architectural, Sculpture, fittings and fixtures, Electrical fitting and fixtur
slots for fixing glass, services points shall be in contractor scope of work. No extra shall be paid on this account.
The rate shall hold good for all heights / depths leads, lift & levels and for all floors.
The area should be cleaned from debris, malba created during executing the work.
All ancillary work related to interior work as per BOQ shall deemed to include in the item rates, nothing shall be paid ext
Providing Cutting & laying of Inlay Star / Flower having 100mm Dia /
Square with combination of stone of as per drawing with 16-18mm thick
Imported Marble Stone and laid with polymer modified cementatious
Adhesive and joined with tinex, laticrete coating mixed with matching colour
1.4 pigment, to match the shade of Stone including polishing, buffing Each 120.00
complete.The flooring will be mirror polished with crystilisation as per
approval. Cost to include appropriate coating of Latecrete / Endura make
under the stone and at joints and top surface.
(Basic rate of Stone Rs 1050/- per Sqft)
2.3 SKINS
Supply and install plywood ( thin sheets of cross-laminated veneer and
bonded under heat and pressure with strong adhesives,excellent strength-to-
weight ratio) onto a base or a framework as described in the section above for
framework.The cost should include securing the panel onto the framework
with adhesive and screws and finishing the surface to take the next skin.
2.4 VENEER
Providing and installing fatory pressed venner panels using the HPLT
pressing technology. The cost should include veneer pressed onto a 3mm ply
base to be placed and secured onto an existing subsurface with pasting of
6mm Thick MDF Board. The cost should include finishing and polishing the
veneer in matt PUr as specified.

2.9 MOULDING
Providing and fixing crown moulding with grooves in hardwood of size as
mentioned and in profile as per detail drawing and as per approval by the
architect/ engineer in charge. The moulding shall be finished in PU paint or
Polish as specified of approved shade and shall be installed on the wall as per
detail drawings.
25mm x 25mm hardwood moulding treated in duco paint finished in PU coat
a matt finish to match the veneer panelling or as approved. Rmt #REF!
3.00 CEILING
Classical Ceiling Area - Above Enterance Area including making all patterns,
b stripps, grooves, side domes / curves as shown in drawings complete all Sqm #REF!
design & pattern for chandlayers area
Providing and fixing a 150mm deep cove in the POP ceiling with a visible
c edge of atleast 75mm to take the moulding pattern as indicateed in the Rmt #REF!
dwgs.The method of application of POP shall be as described in the item
above 2.1a with extra strenthening as required.
3.2 PELMET
P/F Window Pelmets made out of 19mm BWP Board in L - profile fixed to
RCC slab with dash fasteners/ adequate rough wood framings. Cost to include
prelamination of these pelmets in an appropriate white laminate as approved
by the Architect and any support required to suspend it from the ceiling . This
will also have long continuous cut-outs for Return Air as per HVAC
consultants Dwgs. All laminates to be of Merino/ Greenlam certified(IS
2046:1995, FSC, Green gaurd)
