Re: FOIA / CA PUBLIC RECORDS ACT FOR, NAMES, ID NUMBERS,AND

INCIDENT REPORT REGARDING BOOKING NUMBER 4400847

Jim McDonnell,

This request for information constitutes the requestor’s legal right to

access information pursuant to the above cited reference(a) and reference(b).

1. I am demanding that you provide a record of the inventory of items taken

from our Automobile, Mazda Tribute(Lic# 7BPC711), in the matter for
booking 4400847.
2. I demand that you produce the name, badge number, and identification, of
the person or officer who removed the items and conducted the Inventory
of the Automobile, in the matter for Booking 4400847.
3. I demand that you produce the name, badge number, and identification for
the Arresting Officer, in the matter for booking number 4400847
4. I demand that you produce the name, badge identifier, of the Person (or
Officer) with the K9, at the scene, who handcuffed me and transported me
to Jail.
5. I demand that you produce the oath or affirmation for the above identified
Persons or Officers, as required by Cal Const. Article 20, sec 3, before
entering upon the duties of their respective offices.
6. I demand that you provide proof of agency relationship for all officers or
individuals involved, certifying their employment or active relationship
with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, during all times relevant
regarding the arrest and confiscation of property in the matter of the
booking number 4400847.

In the event you feel this request is not handled by your office, then we
authorize and request that you notify us and forward our inquiry to the
responsible officer.
