Leadership is having a vision and sharing it with others ,with consistency and this is basically

the result of influence , I mean being an influencer by that special vision .In fact , only when
I get to inspire others it is possible to influence a common goal towards which to direct the
efforts of team . the team I m talking about involves basically my colleagues and all of the
surroundings , thus , since I have been assigned for the responsibility of financial affairs of
the Regional Direction ... of health in kairouan , and being a member of the Internal
Committee and health's manager , i have been focusing on the development planning issues
related to planning policy , well work management . Thins indeed , has improved through
time when I felt my importance in solving some problems and being selected to attend some
specific conferences in the name of the office . Furthermore , I accomplished other basic
qualifications as a leader , which are sincerity , Communication and time management ,
which I could entitle them as my strongest qualifications as a leader . This was especially
seen in my office I'm currently working on . In fact what makes me say that is my ambition
towards succeeding my life and never putting an end to anything .as a result , together with
my work I'm finishing my Master degree these coming months in the field of networks and
distributed application , which I saw as personal achievement and further addition to my
qualifications as an influencer in the whole surrounding . By doing so , I encouraged them to
the idea how important to achieve goals ,being honest to themselves . Indeed , this turns
out to the ability of communicating with others and convincing them, because it is not easy
to gain trust, then on all of that I really managed to be that leader who really could be a a
model to follow . As a matter of fact , I believe that leadership is not limited with the scope
of professionals , but also in the society where we live ,thus during my spare time , I'm
serving different segment of community by joining trainings in some organization to be able
to lead a group of people to activities, be the judge, observes player, and finally concludes
the message that could be learn throughout activities by explaining why some do succeed in
the activities while others don't, and what is the purpose of it. In virtue of interacting with
diverse generation, I had come to learn in practice on how Communication becomes one of
the principles in leadership.
I'm far from being the best leader in the world, but eager to be the best of me for those who
put their trust in me. I believe Chevening scholarship is the answer for upcoming young
leader like me that hoping to meet with other great leaders from all over the world.
