By signing at the bottom of this page, I am registering to be a Ruud dealer and commit to the following annual
Ruud Residential and Commercial equipment purchases from Century A/C Supply, Inc. during the period from
January 1 through December 31, 2019. Furthermore, I agree to use my best efforts to actively promote,
market, and sell Ruud products offered by Century A/C Supply and to uphold the value of the Ruud name,
trademark, and reputation.

understand, and agree to abide by the Pro Partner Program rules in addition to the Ruud Dealer terms stated above. Furthermore, I
agree to pay the $3,000 program fee within 90 days of my Century Account being invoiced, regardless of Cash or Credit account
status. I understand that if I meet the $100,000 equipment minimum as required by the program by 10/31/2019, I may request that 50%
of the $3,000 program fee be added back to my 2019 co-op advertising budget by emailing marketing@centuryac.com prior to the
12/1/2019 co-op claim deadline.
