This has reference to the subject mentioned above Ms, Rubaba Hameed Durrani (ex-President),
Ms. Rabia Bukhari(Ex-GS) and Mrs, Naila Shaheen Rizwan(FS) were appointed as an Authorized
Signatory for the operating the current Bank Account no. 1-14-1-20311-714-106493 with Summit
Bank Limited, Main Branch Jinnah Road Quetta.

Now we wish to inform you that Ms. Rubaba Hameed Durrani and Ms. Rabia Bukhari ceased to
operate as Authorized signatories and their places Mr. Shahzada Noman Khan Durrani(President)
and Mr. Dr, Javaid (GS) have been added in the list of authorized signatories vide board meeting
resolution dated 31st January 2019 to operate the above mentioned current account bearing no. 1-
14-1-20311-714-106493.

A certified true copy of the resolution is attached herewith for your reference along with the
identification proof of new signatories.
