Bisam Facade Systems works on the design, production and application of aluminium curtain
wall systems and door and window systems since 2000.

The company which have run a great number of extensive and significant projects with
experience and expertise gained domestic and abroad, is one of the pioneers of market.
It presents the most innovative, quality, convenient and long-life solutions for the needs of
customers by evaluating aesthetics, economics and functionality all together.

It has a productive, dynamic and young team consisting of qualified technical and
administrative staff and experienced production, logistics and montage staff whether it
implements the production process in its own factory located in Silivri.

Bisam never keeps its objectives just limited to Turkey and acts with the aim of being an especially
wanted facade company in the world market. It has run projects in numerous countries mostly
in Germany, France, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Romania, Georgia and Kazakhstan.

What is ERP?
ERP, an acronym for Enterprise Resource Planning, is an integrated information system which
involves all functions of a business including sales, accounting, production, human resources,
inventory management and customer relationship management.

While ERP enables a business to practice its internal processes in an integrated structure, it
also ensures the whole integration with customers, business partners and suppliers.

The first ERP in the sector

Bisam preferred IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems), which is a global software company
headquartered in Sweden, in 2012. IFS ensures an outstanding integration especially
on project management among ERP programmes in Turkey and
cooperates with strength companies of Turkish construction sector.
Bisam, the first company which uses IFS in its own sector, modelled
again all processes in a short time like six months and started to use the
programme in January of 2013. It continues system developments in
line with company vision.

Our customers are going to reach “Daily Installation Improvement
Report” for their projects from portal on website with user name and password and see where
the product is and in which phase system setups are. So they are going to follow all phases

Structural Silicone Aluminium Curtain Wall Systems With Cassette Profile

This system, which stands out with the plainness and

nobleness of the glass, provides a complete classy
appearance due to the fact that only glass can be seen
and openable vents (concealed vents) aren’t perceived
from outside. Special cassette profiles are used for the
connection of the glass to the facade. This provides heat
insulation and enables the wide space applications safely.

Structural Silicone Aluminium Curtain Wall Systems

In this type of system, aluminium profiles do not appear

outside and a view of glass is completely formed. The
width and deepness of joint gaps are determined
according to the architectural and statical requirements.
For these joint gaps either silicone filling or gasket filling
could be preferred. Concealed vents could be placed
inside modules on demand. By special holders the
system is formed with more thinner and lighter sections.
Water disposal and ventilation are solved and tested for
the system. The tests for air, water impermeability and
resistance to the wind load are made according to the
required standards. This system provides an appearance
of glass facade and forms an economic alternative for
the classical structural glass facade system.

Classic Capped Aluminium Curtain Wall Systems

To produce the classical capped aluminium curtain wall

system which is the most common system in the market,
we use vertical profiles which have special channels for
condensation and by this way a perfect water proofing
is provided. Classical capped covered aluminium
curtain wall systems can be reinforced with steel for the
applications that require wide spaces. Also it’s possible to
place concealed vents in the modules on demand of our
customers.

Insulated or non-insulated sliding window and door

Monorail (Single railed): Fixed components are installed

directly to the frame profile with glass.

Duorail (Double railed): Sliding and fixed components

Lift & Slide (LS): Duorail sliding door is lifted upwards

before it is slided on the inox rail by a frame pomp. This
rail is placed on the back of the profile at the bottom.
Lift & Slide type can be produced as both single railed
or double railed. The most important advantage of this

COLD FACADE CLADDING SYSTEMS

Aluminium composite panel systems and stone panels are preferred in cold facade cladding
systems when different needs show up. Aluminium composite panel systems are mostly used

BIPV Systems

BIPV systems are building integrated photovoltaics that
