Install WEAP using: Install_WEAP.exe

Obtain a free license (this might take one or two days):

1. Register at the WEAP forum using this link: http://www.weap21.org/index.asp?action=8

3. Obtain the license by clicking: http://www.weap21.org/index.asp?action=65

Undertake the exercises as described in WEAP_Tutorial.pdf

 WEAP in one Hour (start at page 20: Setting General Parameters)
 If time permits: WEAP Refining Demand Analysis (page 69)
 If time permits: WEAP Basic Tools (page 39)

Eight climate change scenarios are included in the model:

2.4 Adaptation measures

Two adaptation measures are included to overcome water shortage:

 Which option is best to reduce water shortage in Ibague
 Which option is best to reduce extremes in outflow to Magdalena

Change reservoir capacity (double) to evaluate impact on:

 Outflow
