- Field operator to monitor level from 0850-LG-021 and report in case of hi level ( take reading each 4 hr )
- Confirm all time that both tanks-A/B in service and 0850-HV-042/041 open
- In case of hihi level in tank-B LT-011 will close HV-041 and as sequence DCS operator should close HV-042
- Not allowed to isolate Tank-B for maintenance activities
