It is a stipulation pour autrui between God and Cupid in favour of mankind

It’s the Rule 65, whenever destiny seems to be gravely abusing its discretion.
In love, it’s God who must have the exclusive original jurisdiction
When he takes command, it’s to the exclusion of any other judgment the universe has to offer

Love will forever be a valid contract

It cannot be annulled, it would always exists

No amount of police power, could limit man’s right to love.

It involves a symbiotic relationship between a man and a woman
It is founded on reciprocal duties of support and protection
