1 Description
MICROMASTER 4 drive inverters can be parameterized using the
DriveMonitor and STARTER commissioning tools. In order to transfer the
values saved in DriveMonitor into STARTER, several steps are necessary,
that will be presented as follows using as an example a
MICROMASTER 440.
Application:
Converting a MICROMASTER 4 DriveMonitor data backup (data archive)
into a data backup (data archive) based in STARTER.
Note:
This procedure only applies to the MICROMASTER 4 type series.

1. Save all of the files to be converted (devices) into a folder used for this
purpose - e.g. “DriveMonitor Convert”.
2. Save the attached “ExecuteDNL.txt” script file in the same
“DriveMonitor Convert” folder.
3. In STARTER, set-up the same devices, that are to be converted from
DriveMonitor, and were saved in the “DriveMonitor Convert” folder with
the same firmware. In our particular example, MICROMASTER 440
V2.1.
4. Set-up a script folder for this drive by clicking on the just generated
MICROMASTER 440 drive using the righthand mouse key; after this,
click on “Experts” (lefthand mouse key) and on “Insert script folder”
(Fig. 1-1).
