EXISTING MODEL DISADVANTAGES:

1. The current existing model in the market for e-governance is only available with
e-seva centeres where the software isn't available with all the people.
2. Also any modifications which are to be made can only be made by few users who
are authenticated by the government and also no individual user is provided any
access even to view the details
3.It also takes a lot of time and effort to update the details of any individual
person and also it takes much time to update the details of all the people who
approached by any single person or authorised set of members.

CURRENT MODEL ADVANTAGES

1.The current model eradictes the existing model and has many advantages over the
existing system.
2. This system have an online Login and Registration facility for the users so that
they can register by themselves and login into the system.
3. Once the user registers with all the necessary details which are asked, he/she
will be given an id and password which will be useful at the time of login. A user
is provided the login access to request various departments and these requests are
processed accordingly and reports are generated.
4. 5 modules are being suggested for the model such as
-> Administrator
-> Manager
->User
-> Registration
-> Others
A user for the system is divided as an administrator, manager and user where the
privileges provided to them varies and the access with the data provided also
varies.

MODULE I: ADMINISTRATOR
---------------------------------------
An administrator is the person who is given the access over the data of the
registered users. He/She maintains the entire database of the registered users
which contain the details belonging to various departments such as Electricty
department, voter id, pan card etc. and also maintains the details of the users who
are certified variously.

The Administrator is given access to the actual database where the entire details
of all the registered users are being stored directly. The Administrator validates
the details , sorts them accordingly (department wise) and also adminstrator is the
one who provides the privileges to Managers of various departments. Administrator
duties also includes, providing the relevant data and the database to the Managers
of the departments so that the requests can be processed.

MODULE II: MANAGER

----------------------------------------
A Manager is a person who is solely associated with a particular department and
contains all the details of the people who have registered with a particular
department. Manager seeks the information from the administrator
and maintains the details of the registered users and processes the requests which
they receive.

A Manager validates the login of the user based on the details he/she have and
later provides the users with various services.

MODULE III: USER

------------------------------------
A User is the ground level user of the system who approaches for receiving various
services which are to be provided.
Each user is expected tp register initially and provide all the details which are
asked at the time of registration, and also they have to select the department
under which they are registering themselves to process their requests.
A user is provided with a username and password by the associated Manager of their
department.

A user can login, update their details, request for the services. The details
provided by the users are validated by the manager and administrator. Later a user
is to be provided a username and password by the manager of the department they
register to. The User uses this username and password for login and to avail
