Customer Service for Ocean Export and Order Management
- Customer Service in Export shipments for several clients in Free Trade Zone area and supermarkets located in
Miami, Florida and Houston, Texas.
- Shipment’s coordina on including the following func ons: booking request to the carriers, booking confirma on to
the customers, freight’s follow up from origin to des na on.
- Ensure that the documents for the export shipments were being processed according to the company policies.
- Billing the shipments accordingly once the freight arrive to des na on.
Customer Service for Ocean - Air Import
- Import Shipments Coordina on, giving support to the customers assigned according to the clients expecta ons:
delivery date in des na on, ocean transit me, handling, feedback.
- Track shipments from pickup through delivery so that accurate, up-to-date informa on can be provided regarding
any shipment.
- Follow up the shipments in order to give a good customer service including contact the origin office, request the
booking details for their freight, confirming shipment departure and arrival to des na on.
- Constantly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best prac ce.
- Support to the team and the process lead in tasks such as issue solving.
-Giving in house support to Free Trade Zone companies that handle Medical Equipment and Supplies.
