· Serve as an embedded librarian in multiple online courses to support students in their research
and writing process.
· Create easy to access FAQ documents addressing common assignments for both library staff
and students to utilize.
· Staff the Library's reference chat service through LibChat to provide remote research assistance
to students and faculty/staff.
· Hold synchronous webinars to provide assistance to students with research topic development,
the research process, and citations.

· Maintained and ordered supply stock for the branch using MUNIS accounting software.
· Designed and participated in outreach opportunities both in Matthews and in the wider
Charlotte area to promote Library services and develop community relationships.
