Fox’s request that an Executive Order be issued appointing another State Attorney to proceed in the above referenced matter. Mr, Rodriguez is a Captain with the Fort Myers Police Department and is the subject of an intemal investigation being conducted by that agency and The Florida Department of Law Enforcement There exists a conflicting relationship between State Attorney Amira D, Fox and Mr, Rodriguez arising from the election in 2018.
