STEPS IN CONVERTING NUMBER TO WORD IN PESOS

1.0 Open filename Number to Word Converter.doc

2.0 Click and copy all content
3.0 Open Excel
4.0 Check if the Developer Tab is already activated

5.0 If not, do this steps:

To display the DEVELOPER tab, click on the File menu and then select Options from the
drop down menu. When the Excel Options window appears, click on the Customize Ribbon
option on the left. Click on theDeveloper checkbox under the list of Main Tabs on the right.
Then click on the OK button.

6.0 Now the Developer tab is activated, click developer tab

7.0 Click Visual Basic tool(left most icon)

8.0 Click Insert tab
9.0 Click Module

10.Paste the copied content in word file (Number to Word converter.doc) in the visual basic box

11. Click F5 in keyboard

12type any name in macro name box

13.Click create

14 Click save icon( ctrl+s)

15. Save the file

16. Just click Yes

17.Visual Basic function will pop-up, just close it.

18. Now, click cell in the save excel worksheet, usually type =Php(cell no. of number wish to
convert in words)

19.Voila!!!!!!
