- supply of current is not yet provided still on process which causes delays of some works.
lack of manpower in the site area
contractor haven't given any complete checklists to be done
revisions on drawings/ changes havent given to the foreman for corrections in stairs.

-checklists and schedule of work to be done should given to the foreman, the instruction given to them
supply of current must be prioritize in order to do the some works that needed the supply of current
additional manpower must be provide to at least make the works fast

the site area is already organize and clean at least and barracks are okay

supply of current is still the problem, it is the most needed in order to do works.
some workers don’t wear proper safety gears for construction
stairs are not that safe to be used specially going to 4th floor and barricades around 5th floor area wasn’t that intacked or tied rigidly(unsafe)
