Conflict between individuals who have constructed distinct political identities

Marketing and new media. Public news and media has a great power than anyone thinks. This method is
frequently used by business sectors and even the governments to shape opinions rather than delivering
factual reports. For example, the Kpop industry is huge around the world and Korea has a way to use this
as a strategy to cover certain issues such as corruption and political scandals. Political power can be used
to attempt to control knowledge, cultural practices, and financial institutions that more appropriately
function as separate, but related, organs of society.

The issue of civil war rooted from ethnic conflict is a very common phenomena in the world and before
taking any measures, it must be the utmost priority to have a common and acceptable negotiations among
the population. Interactive negotiations with private sectors which is in line with country’s national
interest as well as enhancing the welfare and livelihood of the people, should be done regularly. This is to
ensure that the government has a grasp of the ground situation not just by numbers and for the private
sector to gain knowledge and idea on how to make their society and what policies works for them.

Strengthen foreign policy approach by Systemism is another solution that means a commitments to
understanding a system in terms of a comprehensive ser of functional relationships. For example, the
Kashmir case has a significant ethno-religious dimension domestically for India with interstate
ramifications Domestic ethnic and religious sources of the contention interact with both state-level factors
tha shape the ethnic conflict(such as political leadership) and external factors that

Kashmir conflict was a basis for India’s foreign policy because first, the choice of factors fit well
into the nature of foreign policy studies. It give a clearer picture from the internal and external
understanding of different areas of studies.

Revolution

In the debate on India's national integration and ethnic tensions, the nature and functioning of the federal
power structure occupies an important place. The foundations of federalism were laid down on the
grounds of concern for the unity and integrity of a culturally diverse nation.

One of the controversial aspects of centre-state relations has been the allocation of economic resources
by the Union to the states. Such allocation is carried out by the Planning Commission in the area of
developmental expenditure and has led to complaint by the states that the resources provided are
inadequate.

If ever the negotiation was successful, problems always arises who and how much each sector can get.
This can cause political and economic instability when individual sectors start to demand.

Democratization

Based on a research by Liam D. Anderson, ethnic problems can be cured by several federal arrangements
to accommodate diversity. A lot of scholars reject the possibility of a stable democratic institutions with
a deep ethnic divisions. Rabushka and Shepsle asserts that “democracy…is simply not viable in an
environment of intense ethnic preferences.” However, Anderson states that although democratic states
are undoubtedly difficult to engineer, it is better than to letting non-democratic alternatives happen.
Examples of highly homogenous populated country which is a democratic federal state are US, Germany
and Australia.

Genocide

While it is easy to say that negotiations can be done to gain peace, sometimes once war and atrocities
occurred due to ethnic conflicts, ethnic fears and hatred is hardened that a society is extremely resistant
to change. The large-scale of murders and ethical violence can be a strong ground for groups to never
settle for a negotiation especially with the nature of their religion. The conflict over ethnic group will not
end unless there is a winning side or both side are separated physically.

The excessive use of natural gas would enrich one ethnic group but would cause ecological damage in the
religion inhabited by another
