DEED OF TRANSFER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Transfer made and executed by:

CARMINA COROMINAS and CELESTE COROMINAS, of

legal age, Filipinos, both are single, and residents of Malolos City,
Bulacan, Philippines, (hereinafter referred to as the
"TRANSFERORS");

- in favor of -

CARMEN CARUNUNGAN, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a

resident of Calumpit, Bulacan, Philippines, (hereinafter referred to
as the "TRANSFEREE");

WITNESSETH: That –

That the TRANSFERORS contracted a loan with the TRANSFEREE in the sum of FIVE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00) to be paid in full, with an interest rate of TEN
PERCENT (10%) per annum, on March 1, 2018.

That the TRANSFERORS failed to pay the TRANSFEREE in the total amount of FIVE
HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P550,000.00) and in full payment and complete
satisfaction thereof hereby assign, transfer and convey unto the TRANSFEREE that certain
Honda CRV car, more particularly described as follows:

A Honda CRV car with a body color of black having a plate number of RFZ518.

of which the TRANSFERORS are the registered joint owners, their title thereto being evidenced
by OR-CR No.5846183 issued by the Land Transportation Office; a copy of which is attached
herewith as Annex “A” and made an integral part hereof.

That the TRANSFEREE does hereby accept this assignment in full payment of the above
mentioned debt.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the partied have signed this Deed on 1 April 2018, at Malolos
City, Bulacan, Philippines.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in Malolos City, Bulacan, Philippines, personally
appeared Carmina Corominas and Celeste Corominas with Professional Regulation
Commission ID Nos. 1234 and 5678 issued on August 22, 2016 and August 19, 2016
respectively at PRC Manila, whom I have identified through competent evidence of identity and
who represented to me that their signatures on the foregoing instrument were voluntarily affixed by
for the purposes stated in the instrument and who declared that they have executed the foregoing
instrument as their free and voluntary act and deed.

This Instrument consists of only two (2) pages, including this page in which this
acknowledgment is written, duly signed by Carmina Corominas and Celeste Corominas and their
instrumental witnesses on each and every page hereof.
