DEED OF SALE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE is made, executed and entered into by:

SHIRLEY VERZO BOLO, of legal age, filipino, married to FELIX LUMAKANG

BOLO JR. and a resident of Mabuhay 8707 Baungon Bukidnon,, hereinafter
referred to as the SELLER.

-AND-

ROSA MAGNO SOMERA, of legal age, Filipino, married to VEVIEN B. SOMERA

and a resident of Danatag, Baungon Bukidnon, hereinafter referred to as
the BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a Truck vehicle covered by

Certificate of Registration bearing no. 221545192 and Official Receipt bearing no.
654636345 issued by the Land Transportation Office, issued on February 18, 2015,
and more particularly described as follows:

Date issued: 06/16/2016

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the
above mentioned property for the amount of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS
(Php 470, 000.00) Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY
PESOS (Php 470, 000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the buyer to the seller,
the SELLER do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Sale unto the
said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, this above mentioned motorcycle, free from all
liens and encumbrances of whatever nature as of the date of this sale.
