Amethyst Street GUSA, Cagayan de oro City and FELIX B. CHIU, legal age, Filipino, widower, with
residence and postal address at #27 Amethyst Street GUSA, Cagayan de oro City, the heirs of LILIA B.
CHIU do hereby name, constitute and APPOINT FELIA MAE B. CHIU of legal age, Filipino, single, with
residence and postal address at Amethyst Street GUSA, Cagayan de oro City, Misamis Oriental,
Philippines, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact for us and in our name, place and stead to do
and perform the following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. to process, transact and withdraw pertaining to LILIA B. CHIU’s FIRST COMMUNITY COOPERATIVE
(FICCO) accounts;

2. to process, transact, receive, withdraw and encash the check, savings, share deposits and all
insurance proceeds from FIRST COMMUNITY COOPERATIVE (FICCO) that we are entitled from LILIA
B. CHIU’s account who was a member of FICCO;

3. to receive cash/checks in connection with the aforementioned transactions;

4. to sign any document related thereof;

5. to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the matter.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and prerogative requisite
and necessary by virtue of these presents and hereby confirming and ratifying all that our said attorney-
in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
