Description of Proposed Thesis:

The researcher wants to propose a law that will recognized the parental rights as well as their
obligations as a sperm donor to their children. Because the researcher believes that the sperm
donor has parental rights over the children.

Motivation for Conducting the Study:

Not all person can conceive a baby, why some individuals mostly couples seek for any procedure
to enable to have a child, so some will resort to this option to have a sperm donor, and after the
donation of sperm of a supposed to be biological father that the researcher believes that the donor
still have rights to children.
