needs as well as monitor the progress of a successful event. These classes
racky_masa@yahoo.com will be hosting events such as seminars and workshops as some of their
output in the subject which entails students to create and manage their own
event that will equip students with the knowledge, skills, and pursuit of
academic excellence in order to understand team dynamics, develop
professionalism, and global competitiveness.
In line with this, we would like to seek approval for an upcoming event
sponsored by the Events Management HT classes, spearheaded by
Section 8, the DREAMCATCHER EVENTS entitled: PH-MY BILATERAL
TOURISM YOUTH EXCHANGE PROGRAM in cooperation with the
Department of Tourism and Malaysian delegates. This event will be held
on November 25, 2016, Friday from 8:00AM until 7:00PM at FEU
Grounds. It will be a series of simultaneous events that will be participated
by 150 participants coming from DOT, Malaysian Delegates, FEU ITHM
Students and Students from other participating Universities -
University of Sto Tomas (UST), Lyceum of the Philippines University
(LPU), Centro Escolar University (CEU), and San Beda Alabang.
The organizers will also gather 20 partner travel agencies that will exhibit
and sell travel packages to the FEU community, the Malaysian delegates,
and participating schools. Digital marketing, interactive setups and sample
of destination’s food will be an added highpoint of this event.
Along with the main event is a luncheon that will highlight Pinoy Umami:
“Flavors of the Philippine Cuisine and Fusion”. In this event we will showcase
their talents in creating Filipino dishes and fusion cooking. With
performances that will serenade delegates for this event.
KULTURA: On Heritage, Arts and Destinations
With the establishment of ASEAN MRA, the visit of Malaysian Delegates was
made possible. The seminar will focus on sharing with our guests the Filipino
Heritage, the country’s Cultural Arts and the Travel and Trade Industry of the
Philippines. We expect to instill interest among the delegates what our
ORGANIZERS
country offers through the distinguished speakers that will be invited.
