 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

 The age of the applicant should be Four years as on 31 st March,2019 i.e a

child born between 01/04/2014 to 31/03/2015.

 The forms will available at the school reception. Timings: 9:00 a.m.to 1:00
p.m from Saturday, 15th December,2018 to Monday, 7th January,2019
 (8:00 a.m. to upto 4:00 p.m. only on 7th January,2019.

 Incomplete Forms will be rejected.

 Admission will be confirmed subject to verification of required information /

documents.

 Distance to school will be calculated as per distance and area table. The
areas / localities / colonies within the range of the school are mentioned in
the distance and area table-Annexure-I.
