ABSTRACT
The human need to communicate is a product of its social nature, in order to
make the most of this fact, it relies on assertiveness as a tool, which can be
interpreted as a style of interpersonal relationship derived from determining
the appropriateness of what is thought, wanted and intends to say.
Considering the above, the purpose of the study is to analyze the assertive
communication of educational management to strengthen motivation in
teaching performance, for it was based on the general theory of
communication, theory of motivation and human behavior and aspects
theorists who outline: assertive communication, the motivating action of
educational management and teaching performance. Likewise, it used a
methodology centered on a study of documentary type, descriptive level and
bibliographic design, subscribed in the research line Production and
Management of the Material Existence, of the matrix area transcomplexity.
The study concludes that it is essential to practice a communication in which
the fundamentals are lived to perfect the attitudes and behaviors of the
subjects such as those contributed by content theories that focus their
attention on the factors of the person who give vigor, guide, maintain and stop
the conduct, implying in it, the assertiveness; Likewise, it is crucial that school
management advocates for the motivation to understand and value actions as
a product of interactions within two extrinsic and intrinsic domains,
emphasizing that both are transcendental for what is known as the ideal
organizational climate for the teaching performance.
