TASK-1:

 Appendix-2 Work plan (Please answer all the areas), including date and signature.
 Appendix-3 Risk management :- According to the work goal (from:-appendix-2) what
will be the future risk that she will be facing (e.g, product change- what will be the risk,
what will the impact...etc)

TASK-2:

 Make amendments that ensured the performance management system aligned with
organisational objectives and policies and procedures? (Check Attachment file-"
Performance management"
