LEARNING OBJECTIVE:

Develop an environmental project in the high school community in order to raise awareness in the
students about the importance of protecting and taking care of the environment.

GUIDELINES:

1. The students will help to promote a general understanding on how to protect the
environment among the school community.
2. The students will develop these topics in order to become good citizens of our country
and ecofriendly with the environment.
3. The students will research about the topic and in groups decide how they can help with
this project.
4. They will get into groups of 4 to 5 students and choose the topic and appropriate project.
5. They will create different visual aids that will help them to explain the topic issues about
the environment.
6. They will report their findings, opinions and possible solutions towards the environmental
problems they have found in the community.
7. They will distribute their pamphlets, post the signs, take photos or interview people
depending on their project.
8. They will explain what they did to raise awareness in the school community and get
ideas from other citizens to improve life quality in our planet.
