1. Players’ name will be deleted if they failed to pay before 24 Mac 2019.
2. All chess players may register and pay at the school hall on 23 Mac 2019
(Saturday) from 10:00am – 12:00 noon.
3. The maximum number of contestants for this tournament is 200 players.

 Food will not be provided. All players are advised to prepare their own food.

 The organizer shall not be liable for any mishap or loss of personal property of
participants during the course of the tournament.

 Participants and supporters must observe the rules & restrictions of the tournament
and value all property within the Union High School premises.

 The organizer deserves the right to change any of the regulation above without
prior notice.

 The entry form must be handed up by 24 Mac 2019.

 Participants are require to make online registration before competition.

 No refund after payment.

 Certificates of participation will be issued upon request.
