SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, DOMINGO N. BAUTISTA and NENITA I. BAUTISTA, married and
residents of 3853 Bonita Mesa Rd., Bonita, CA 91902, hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT our nephew, MARVIN M. BAUTISTA and/or
GERTRUDES N. BAUTISTA REMEDIOS C. ALFONSO both of legal age, Filipino,
Married, and with residence address at Bakakeng, Baguio City to be our true
and lawful Attorney/s-in-Fact, for us and in our name, place and stead to do
and perform all or any of the following:

1. To file/execute/process/present Affidavit of Loss of Transfer Certificate

of Title (TCT) No. T-24355 with the Registry of Deeds of Baguio City,
Philippines;
2. To process/transact/cause the annotation of the Affidavit of Loss to the
aforementioned TCT and/or to the records of the Registry of Deeds;
3. To file/pursue with the Registry of Deeds of Baguio City, Philippines or
with the Proper Court of the Philippines for the Reconstitution of the
aforementioned TCT;
4. To engage/employ the services of a lawyer for the reconstitution of the
aforementioned TCT;
5. To execute special power of attorney, affidavits, petitions and any other
documents or papers for and in our behalf necessary for the
reconstitution of the aforementioned TCT;
6. To follow-up/transact/receive the reconstituted TCT from the concerned
agency/ies;
7. To sign, execute, secure, and submit documents, and to do other acts necessary
for the completion of the powers granted hereof;
8. To submit additional requirements as required by the government agencies
necessary for the completion of the powers granted hereof;

PRINCIPALS HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY/S-

IN-FACT full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and deed
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully as to all intents and purposes as we may or could lawfully do if personally
present and acting in persons and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that
our ATTORNEY/S-IN-FACT shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue these
presents.
