E-Payment
CHAPTER
7 E-Payment
The E-Payment submodule becomes available after the taxpayer has successfully
submitted a tax return form. It allows the taxpayer to transact with an Accredited
Agent Bank (AAB) using its Online Payment Facility. Once the taxpayer chooses
to pay online, he is requested to fill-out a payment form wherein the online
payment instructions (including desired AAB) are defined. The taxpayer is then
redirected to the AAB website after the payment form is submitted. The AAB
receives the payment instruction and furnishes the taxpayer with an
Acknowledgement Receipt. After the transaction is completed, the taxpayer is
redirected back to the eFPS website wherein a Final Confirmation is supplied. An
automatic confirmation email is also sent out by the eFPS to the taxpayer for each
successful e-payment transaction.
The taxpayer could select between three (3) modes of payment: Bank Transfer
Tax Debit Memo and Tax Remittance Advice.
Note:
Tax Remittance Advice is only available for forms: 1600, 1601C, 1601E, 1601F,
