Hardware complex for evaluating thermal characteristics of textile materials which includes physical model of
the human body element in the form of a hermetic cylindrical reservoir with working liquid, equipped with inner
heater and temperature controller consisting of a thermostatically controlled reservoir with liquid and a pump
supplying liquid to the working surface by means of a pipeline, a collector and distribution needles; a system of
continuous control of power consumed by the heater; primary temperature transducers connected to
temperature controllers for its continuous control.

Circle Economy has officially launched the Fibersort Project, debuting technology which it claims is able to
automatically sort large volumes of mixed post-consumer textiles based on fibre composition. Along with
project partners – Valvan Baling Systems, Reshare, Procotex, Worn Again, and Smart Fibersorting – the
organisation will soon undertake testing on the sorted materials and the results will be shared in future
Fibersort reports.
