COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, Ted Mosby, Filipino, 40, male, single, and a resident of No. 42 New York, Cubao, Quezon city,
Philippines, after being sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I know the person of Luke Mosby, who is my son residing at the same house at No. 42 New
York, Cubao, Quezon city, Philippines;

2. That, at around 10:00 in the evening of October 29, 2018, after dinner, the said Luke Mosby
Arrived at our house;

3. That, he saw my wife, Lilly Mosby in the kitchen doing the dishes, the kitchen being at least 7
feet from the dining table;

4. That, The said Luke Mosby, without provocation, pulled a knife from the sink and proceeded to
stab my wife with it 3 times.

5. That, upon seeing what my son did, rushed to my wife’s aide and called the hospital;

6. That, upon seeing that I was approaching he left in a huff without even saying anything;

7. That, upon calling for medical assistance and reaching the hospital, my wife was dead on arrival
because of severe blood loss from the stabbing;

8. That, after attending to my wife immediately reported the said incident to the nearest police
station. A true and faithful machine copy of the police report is hereby attached here as “Annex
A”;

9. I am therefore executing this Complaint-Affidavit in support of the charges of violation of Art.

246 Revised Penal Code for Parricide against the said Luke Mosby, who may be served with
subpoena and other processes of this Honorable Office at his residence at 45 Dagupan Street,
City of Manila, Philippines;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 30th day of October, 2018 at the City of

INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor of the City of Manila, upon prior written authority
of the City Prosecutor, MARSHAL ERICKSON, accuses LUKE MOSBY of crime punishable under Art.
246 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about the 29 day of October, 2018, in the City of Manila, Philippines, and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused, actuated by lust, did then and there
wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously commit violation of Art. 246 of Revised Penal Code on the person of
Ted Mosby, by stabbing his mother, the complainant’s wife Lilly Mosby without provocation her death.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
