Dear Sir:

Lapasan National High School-Special Program in the Arts will hold its annual recital on March 01, 2019 at
LNHS Covered Court. In preparation for this upcoming event, we will have our month long practices. The
schedules of the practices are as follows:

February 04-15, 2019 - Specialization Rehearsals (7:30 am - 5:00 pm)

February 18-22, 2019 - General Run-Throughs (7:30 am - 7:00 pm)
February 25-27, 2019 - Dress Rehearsal & Run-Throughs (4:00 pm - 7:00 pm)
February 28, 2019 - Technical Run-Through (4:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

In line with this, I would like to appeal to you to give the students who will perform during the said activity a
consideration to be excused from their classes so that they can attend to the practices. Moreover, their
teachers should also allow them to cope with their missed written works and performance tasks by giving
them modules.

We hope for a favorable response regarding this humble request.
