DIRECT EXAMINATION: WITNESS/COMPLAINANT (WIFE/TOPSY)

QUESTION: MS WITNESS, may I know the reason why are you here today?

ANSWER: I Am here today to testify in behalf of my deceased husband who were shot and get killed

Q: So, you are saying that, you are here because your husband shot and got killed?

A: Yes, he was shot at the thorax and died

Q: And who is your husband that your referring to?

A: Mr Jerry Mouse

Q: You are living in same abode with your husband?

A: Yes

Q: Where was it is?

A: At Melendres Compound, Brgy Caniogan Pasig City

Q: On November 29, 2018 at 11:45 pm, where are you?

A: I am with my husband as we just arrived home

Q: When you arrived home, did you notice something un usual?

A: Yes, upon approaching the entrance I notice a hooded man, walking across the comoound

Q: You said you notice a hooded man walking across the compound what did you do then?

A: I even adjust the car to ensure that the he will see us?

Q: Then were happened after?

A: I alighted the vehicle and while I was busy removing our belongings from the back of the vehicle, I
heard a multiple gunshot and when I looked, I saw the same hooded man with the same built and height
as the defendant holding a gun and was running towards the dark side of the compound

Q: After you heard the gun shot what did you do?

A: I went to the front of the vehicle, right there and then I saw my husband bleeding.

Q: And what did you next?

A: I shouted foe help and we brought my husband to the hospital but happens to be dead on arrival.

Q: Did you happen to report to the police station?

Q: Yes after attending my husband, I reported to the nearest police station
