INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses KATHRYN BERNARDO y SOBERANO of the crime of


HOMICIDE, defined and penalized under Article 249 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about April 2, 2018, in the City of Manila, Philippines, the said accused, with intent
did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously attack, assault, and use physical violence upon
his live-in partner, DANIEL PADILLA y ESTRADA, by then and there, stabbing him with a kitchen
knife at the left thigh, thereby inflicting upon the latter stab wound which was the direct and immediate
cause of his death thereafter.

Contrary to Law.
