‫ﻣﺒﺪﺃ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻨﺠﺎﺡ ( ﻓﻲ ﺃﺭﺑﻌﺔ ﺃﺟﺰﺍء ﻭﻛﻞ ﺟﺰء ﻳﻀﻢ ‪ 250‬ﻣﺒﺪﺃً‪ ،‬ﻟﺤﺴﻦ ﺣﻆ ﺍﻟﺨﺒﻴﺮ ﺑﺮﻳﺎﻥ ﺗﺮﻳﺴﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺑﺪﺍﻳﺔ ﺣﻴﺎﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺇﻟﺘﻘﻰ ﺏ ﻛﺎﺏ ﻣﺎﻳﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻗﺮﺍءﺗﻪ ﻟﻜﺘﺎﺑﻪ‪ ،‬ﺳﺄﻝ ﺑﺮﻳﺎﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻜﺎﺗﺐ ﻛﺎﺏ ﻣﺎﻳﺮ ﻋﻦ ﺃﻫﻢ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺩﺉ ﺟﻤﻴﻌﺎً ‪،‬ﻗﺎﻝ ﻛﺎﺏ ﻣﺎﻳﺮ ﺇﻥ ﺃﻫﻤﻬﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻹﻧﻀﺒﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺬﺍﺗﻲ ‪ Self Discipline‬ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ﺗﻤﺘﻠﻜﻬﺎ ﻓﻼ ﺗﺴﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺩﺉ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻗﻴﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻋﺮﻑ ﻛﺎﺏ ﻣﺎﻳﺮ ﺍﻹﻧﻀﺒﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺬﺍﺗﻲ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ‪ ) :‬ﺃﻥ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻧﻔﺴﻚ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻔﻌﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻔﻌﻠﻪ‪ ،‬ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻔﻌﻠﻪ‪ ،‬ﺳﻮﺍء ﺃﻋﺠﺒﻚ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﻡ ﻻ (‪.‬‬

‫ﺑﺮﻳﺎﻥ ﺗﺮﻳﺴﻲ ﻗﺮﺭ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﺘﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺰﻣﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻀﻊ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺎً ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻝ ﻓﺄﻟﻒ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺎً ﻭﻭﺿﻊ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺠﺎً ﺻﻮﺗﻴﺎً )ﺇﻡ ﺑﻲ ﺛﺮﻱ( ﺑﻌﻨﻮﺍﻥ )ﻣﻌﺠﺰﺓ ﺍﻹﻧﻀﺒﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺬﺍﺗﻲ( ‪، The Miracle of Self Diiscipline‬‬

‫ﻭﻗﺪ ﺃﻭﺭﺩ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﻪ ‪ 9‬ﻣﺒﺎﺩﻱء ﻟﻼﻧﻀﺒﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺬﺍﺗﻲ ﻋﻠﻴﻨﺎ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺍﻻﻧﻀﺒﺎﻁ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻴﺎﺗﻨﺎ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺠﺎﺡ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ‪،‬ﺇﻟﻴﻜﻢ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺩﺉ ﺍﻟﺘﺴﻌﺔ ‪:‬‬

‫‪ -1‬ﺍﻹﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ ﺑﻌﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﻜﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺿﺢ ‪The Discipline of Clear Thinking .‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻔﻜﻴﺮ ﻫﻲ ﺍﻹﺳﺘﺮﺧﺎء ﻳﻮﻣﻴﺎً ﻟﻤﺪﺓ ﻧﺼﻒ ﺳﺎﻋﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﻫﺎﺩﺉ‪،‬ﺛﻢ ﻭﺿﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﺔ )ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻬﺪﻑ( ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺭﻗﺔ‪،‬ﺛﻢ ﺑﺤﺚ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺟﻮﺍﻧﺐ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﺔ ﻭﺇﺳﺘﻌﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺇﺷﺘﺮ ﺩﻓﺘﺮ ﻭﺃﻛﺘﺐ ﺑﻪ ﻋﺸﺮﺓ ﺃﻫﺪﺍﻑ ‪،‬ﺃﻛﺘﺐ ﺃﻫﺪﺍﻓﻚ ﺑﺼﻴﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻀﺎﺭﻉ ﻭﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺇﻳﺠﺎﺑﻴﺔ ﻭﺭﺍﺟﻌﻬﺎ ﻳﻮﻣﻴﺎً ‪،‬ﻭﻛﻞ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺇﻧﺴﺦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﻫﺪﺍﻑ ﺧﻤﺴﺔ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻗﻞ‪،‬ﻭﻓﻜﺮ ﺑﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻘﻬﻢ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -3‬ﺍﻹﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ ﺑﻌﺎﺩﺓ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﺑﻔﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻳﻮﻣﻴﺎً ‪Dailly Time Managment‬‬

‫ﺃﻛﺘﺐ ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻬﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻨﻮﻱ ﻋﻤﻠﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺒﻠﻬﺎ‪،‬ﺇﺳﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﻗﺎﻋﺪﺓ ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻮﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭﻗﺎﻋﺪﺓ ‪ 80/20‬ﻟﻺﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻮﻯ ﻣﻦ ﻭﻗﺘﻚ‪،‬ﺇﻥ ﻧﺠﺎﺣﻚ ﻓﻲ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﻭﻗﺘﻚ ﺳﻮﻑ ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﺇﻳﺠﺎﺑﻴﺎً‬

‫ﺇﻥ ﺃﻛﺒﺮ ﺇﺧﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﻟﻺﻧﻀﺒﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺬﺍﺗﻲ ﻫﻮ ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﺗﺼﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻬﺔ ﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺒﺎﺕ‪،‬ﻭﺗﻘﻮﺩ ﻧﻔﺴﻚ ﻹﻛﻤﺎﻝ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻤﺎﺕ ‪ % 100‬ﻣﻬﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺷﻌﻮﺭﻙ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎﻳﺔ ﻻﺑﺪ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺸﻌﺮ ﺑﻔﻮﺍﺋﺪ ﺍﻹﻧﻀﺒﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺬﺍﺗﻲ ﻷﻧﻚ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻧﺠﺤﺖ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻓﺴﻮﻑ ﺗﺤﺐ ﻧﻔﺴﻚ ﻭﺗﺤﺘﺮﻣﻬﺎ ﺍﻛﺜﺮ‪،‬ﻭﺳﻴﺰﺩﺍﺩ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﺮﻙ ﺍﻟﺬﺍﺗﻲ ﻟﺬﺍﺗﻚ ﻭﺗﺘﺤﺴﻦ ﺻﻮﺭﺗﻚ ﺃﻣﺎﻡ ﻧﻔﺴﻚ‪،‬ﻭﺃﺧﻴﺮﺍً ﺳﻮﻑ ﻳﻔﺮﺯ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺪﻣﺎﻍ ﻫﺮﻣﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺴﻌﺎﺩ ﻓﻲ ﺟﺴﻤﻚ )ﻭﻫﻮ ﺍﻹﻧﺪﻭﺭﻓﻴﻦ( ﻭﺣﻴﻨﻬﺎ ﺳﺘﺸﻌﺮ ﺑﺴﻌﺎﺩﺓ ﺑﺎﻟﻐﺔ‪ ،‬ﺃﺭﺟﻮ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺴﺘﻤﺘﻌﻮﺍ ﺟﻤﻴﻌﺎً ﺃﺻﺪﻗﺎﺋﻲ ﺑﻠﺤﻈﺎﺕ ﺭﺍﺋﻌﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻌﺎﺩﺓ‪.‬‬
