BRONSON Vitamin & Mineral Formula


- Multivitamin & minerals BRONSON
- 6-18 grama vitamina c (crystals in orange juice or in water with added baking soda)
- 400, 800 or 1600 IU of vitamin E (1000mg=1500IU)
- 1 or 2 superB tablets
- 25,000 IU of vitamin A

- Keep your intake of sugar max 50g dnevno


- Don’t eat much of any food
- Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit
- Drink plenty of water, ni 3l nije puno
- Keep active, exercise
- Drink alcohol only in moderation
- AVOID stress

Detoxification: vegetable juices and saturated amount of vitamin C

Megavitamins; “Take enough to be symptom free, whatever the amount may be”
- Zivotinje proizvode 2-15 g dnevno, mi ne proizvodimo.
- Buffering vitamin c: smanjenje kiselosti ascorbic acida, sodium ascorbate=natrijum,
calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, ili dodati sode bikarbone
- Most adults need 800-1200 mg calcium dnevno, 400-600 magnesiuma, zato obratiti
paznju ako uzimas buffered vitamin c, da ne uzmes previse calcium ili mag.
- U citrusima ima jos jedan antioxidant, bioflavonoid, (vitamin P) koji intensify effect of
vitamin C ( ako ga ima u tabletama, kao blackmores, to je suvise malo, tako da je bolje
jesti narance, paprike…

Niacin, vitamin B3

- Niacinamide je jedna vrsta b3 koji ne zadaje flashes

hemikalije

- Puno voca I raw vegetables and dark chicken meat, legumes

Constipation

- Castor oil na kozu masirati, kompot od sljiva, high doze vit c, a najbolje plant based diet
- Magnesium is laxative takodje
