I am
a picky eater since childhood and eat limited number of kinds food. I rarely eat
ceareal nor drink milk.
Possible causes?: 10 years ago, I climbed up to drop ceilings about 15 times and
breathed in ceiling dusts. 2 or 3 times, hard to breathe for several days. 1 time: hives for
about 2 weeks. Kitchen sink had water damage 8 years ago. Leak was fixed several
months after, but wood damage was not fixed. From May 2017-Oct 2018, I used
underbed for storage. Therefore, underbed was not vacummed
Mar-May 2018 Kind of dizzy + chest pressure after drinking McDonald Frappucino on
empty stomach twice. Symtoms last for about 15mins. I had
McDonald Frappucino on empty stomach before with no problem
Pre-Summer: I ate 1 big bowl of water melon almost every day till Sep 7, 2018
Late June 2018: First time experience of Short of Breath due to eating "Sauropus
androgynus". I have eaten this vegetable with no problem before.
Short of breath (SOB) + Lower Chest Pressure. Cough will not make it
feel better. I had no idea of food reaaction at this time. intensity is
mild
Aug 1-5,2018: Breathed in little ceiling dust -> Hard to breath. cough make it feel
better
Aug 5-13, 2018 I notice cold body + SOB + Lower chest pressure @ lying down
sleep. (NOW, I realized the cause is was eating watermelon 9pm with
empty stomach around ).
Aug 13,2018: Saw Doctor ->Abnormal EKG. I thought i had heart problem because
of overweight, I BEGAN DIET MORE, It seemed that problem got
worse as i diet
Aug 31,2018: Ate 2 corns + 5 cups of Watermelon in the morning. 10 mins later,
First time experience Cold Body + Headache + Dizzy + SOB + Lower
Chest Pressure (not pain). Walking was less dizzy than sitting or lying
down. Went to ER after 1 .5 hours -> No Heart Attack, Symtoms
lasted for 7 hours.
Sep 6,2018: Ate 1 corn + 1 cup watermelon. After 10mins, Little Cold Body +
Dizzy. I thought dizziness due to hunger. Ate InAndOut hamburger on the
way to STRESS TEST. Cold Body + Dizzy went away after eating
burger
Sep 7,2018 Ate 2 corns + 4 cups of watermelon. After 10mins, Cold Body +
Headache + Dizzy + SOB + Lower Chest Pressure. Recognize pattern.
Ate a meal right after that, symtoms went away. NO MORE
WATERMELON
Sept 13,2018 Saw Cardiologist again->Normal EKG. Very Happy! But began to
realize it was food reaction
From Sep 20 - early Oct, noticed hand + feet cold in the morning (but
the cold hand feet symtom actually started on Aug 30 or earlier.
Eat hamburger and fried chicken, salty vietnamese soup made
hand & feet warm faster than other foods.
Early Oct 2018 From Early Oct - Oct 18, Noticed more diet->More food reaction.
Took Multivitamin, eat more variety of food, re-gain weight. Less
sensitive to food allergy. Woke up warmer hand + feet. Louder
tinnitus @ left ear from multivitamin. Noticed tinnitus since several
years ago but only in a quite room at night
Oct 18, 2018 TOOK 1 FLU SHOT. VERY REACTIVE TO FOODS FOR NEXT 10 DAYS
Oct 19, 2018 Noticed a bit colder hand + feet when woke up
Oct 20, 2018 Noticed even colder hand + feet after woke up. More sensitive to
food allergy for the entire day
Oct 21, 2018 Woke up colder hand + feet + bit SOB. SOB went away after vitamin.
Went to In and Out, ate the same hamburger. SOB + Lower Chest
Pressure + Left upper ab pain the way to Little Saigon. Go ER at
Fountain Valley Hospital: Abnormal EKG, ELEVATED LIPASE 600.
Nov 1, 2018 Tried to eat -> Slowly regain appetie, regain weight -> less reaction to
Tyramine rich food group (banana, grapes, etc).
Nov 7, 2018 Bloating & Burping till Dec 25, Lost Weight. Freezing cold @ 3am but
night sweat. Shirt was all wet.
Nov 16, 2018 Vitamin D Level Test: 33. 2000iu/day for 5 days. Whole body felt
ot right after taking 2000 iu. Tinnitus louder 5 mins later. Softer
Tinnitus several hour laters. Less cold @3am. Gas-x / Famotidine
helped with eating both increased Tinnitus
Dec 5, 2018 Freezing cold @3am. Retake Vitamin D 1000iu/day with 500iu (cereal
& ricemilk).
Dec 9, 2018 I realized that did not have salty soups for a long time since Oct 18,
2018. Body was colder during the day. I began eat soup which contain
more iodized salt than other cooking type of food. Felt much warmer
during the day since this date. Felt much warmer @ sleep
Dec 17, 2018 Suddenly, Dizzy after eating sweet fruit (date, fig, persimmon, orange
juice, etc). Begining of new kind of food reaction: DIZZY or SHORT
OF BREATH with no coldness or No chest pressure. Ate less salt.
Ate Seaweed more.
Dec 22, 2018 UCI ER @ 1am. Felt very cold @ 5am + hard to breathe while ER
room temperature is the same.
Dec 31-Jan 2 Stop taking 1000iu Vitamin D due to finger pains. Dizziness began
after 2nd and 3rd day.
Jan 2, 2019 Retake 1000iu Vitamin D. Less food reaction (dizzy) after taking
vitamin D
Jan 12 - Feb 5 Dizzy after woke up without eating anything (not food reaction).
Eating ceareal reduced dizziness, but not other food. No more dizzy
after eating date & fig. Mostly dizzy reaction
Feb 24 Stop Vitamin D. Begin Sun Bathing more. No more left finger pains.
No more random pain on right arm. veins were less showing
Feb 27 Single point sharp pain: ~2 seconds/each for 5 times. 2-5 minutes
interval @ left side neck
Mar 1- Now New kind or food reaction: Short of breath (SOB). No dizziness
Mar 4 SOB: Home cook Vietnamese Pho with, blue berry, tangerine. ....then
ceareal with rice milk (No problem), Water melon (No
problem)
BREATHING PROBLEM:
I have experienced 2 different types of breathing problems. Hard to breathe (HTB): feel
better if i cough...usually after i breathe in polutants. Short of breath (SOB): come from
food reactions...feel like choking feeling, cough won't feel better.
