SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I Usman Khalid s/o Muhammad Khalid Naseem holding CNIC # 37405-1946197-7 R/o
House No 80/C , Mohalla Aslam Shaheed Raod, Lalazar, Rawalpindi (hereinafter called the
‘executant’) do hereby appoint my real brother namely Mr. Umer Khalid s/o Muhammad
Khalid Naseem holding CNIC # 37405-0802567-5 R/o House No. 92, Street No. 26, Sector
Overseas – 1, Mohalla Phase 3, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, to be my special attorney in my
name and whom I empower to execute any act on my behalf (that he wishes to do so on my
behalf) and such act includes the following :

1- To deal with my legal heir-ship and succession certificate suits in relation to my late
father Muhammad Khalid Naseem in Pakistani Courts and/or any other institute.

2- To engage or appoint any advocate/counsel to conduct cases on my behalf.

3- To file appeal(s), revision(s), reviews(s) in Lower Courts of the country up to the apex
court of the country or to the same if filed against me in Supreme Court of Pakistan or
in any other Court.

4- To receive checks on my behalf to the extent of succession certificate and legal heir-
ship and submit the same into my account.

5- To submit written statement(s), written reply(s), petition(s) of all suits including review
petitions, executants, affidavits in respect of the defence of any appeal or arising
therefrom or connected therewith and sign and verify the same.

6- To attend the courts, produce/give evidence, make his own statement and depose in
support of my claim.

7- To represent me and/or appear before any Pakistani Judge and/or any Pakistani
tribunal/court of law and to entertain into a settlement of compromise with any party in
furtherance of any dispute relating to the above referred suits and amount mentioned in
these suits or to refer the matter to arbitration, if needed.

8- To take any police action and/or civil action on my behalf.

 9- To act, appear and testify as a witness in my name in any court of law.

10- To apply for certified copies of any document(s), order(s), judgment(s) and decree(s)
and review the same AND generally to do, execute and perform all other acts, deeds
and things which may be deemed necessary by my said attorney for the proper defense
of above mentioned cases or defense of any appeal or revision arising therefrom.
