to the approach to ensure that it is the most effective approach that will meet your client’s needs.

successful coaching conversation with the client.

The Prescriptive Approach (The client that lacks confidence and is unable to direct his/her

own learning)

Inham (2010) has identified five components to ensure coaching conversations are a success.

your upcoming coaching conversation.
