The machine is equipped with special designed screw, which delivers a high output and perfect
homogeneity of the plastic material, this from start-up and under all working conditions. The same
Screw is suited for the most common polymers.

- One self aligning thrust bearing
- One barrel made on nitrided steel (Hardness – 65 RC)
- Ceramic Heaters with guards
- Air fans for cooling

- One Heating panel for the temperature control including PID Controllers, security and control
elements.
 - One Rupture Disc for Safety of Barrel.

- One Breaker Plate
