The students are expected to:
 Get the global meaning of the story;
 Use the vocabulary items in different situations;
 Identify the affirmative and negative forms of ‘have got’;
 Apply these forms in a number of exercises;
 Enjoy participating in class activities.

Assumptions
Students are familiar with the body parts and basic vocabulary to describe people.
 Procedure
5’  The teacher greets the students and writes the number of the lesson on the board. The students say what the day of the week is and
what the weather is like.
10’  To revise the vocabulary from the previous lesson, the teacher puts a flashcard of a human body on the board and asks a student
to deliver word cards of the body parts to his/her colleagues. Then, one by one, they come to the board and stick their word in the correct
place.
5’  The teacher hands out Worksheets 1 and 2. Students listen and read to a story “Guess who?”. They should be able to follow the
10’ pictures of the different frames as they listen.
15’  The teacher writes sentences from the story on the board and students identify the verbs.
5’  Students do Worksheet 2 individually. Correction follows.
 The teacher assigns homework.
