Sub:- Wrong revision of pensiond Family pension in favour of Sri Trilochan Das Ex-
D.P.O, holder of P.P.O. No. 304670 and requested for necessary correction.

Sir,
With reference to the subjected refence, noted above ,I loring to your kind notice
regarding wrong revision of pension em favour of me due to some official defect. The post of
D.P.O under classI level d G.P. Rs. 5400/- pay fixed by Govt. on 1.1.16 Rs. 20,280 ed. But
due to mistake at your level, my pension fixed 3rd grade level of Rs. 22,450 zd and G.P. 4,600
zd d New scale 44,900/- enpsace of 28,050 under G.P. 5,400 zd New scale 56,100/-.
The releted information in the matter is given below for your reference.
1. The grade of D.P.O fma 4800.00 to 5400.00 has been revised, vide panchayat ray
deppt. Notification No. 96521 P.R. dt. 19.9.14
2. It is also clarified in the resolution poql 18 of SL 20 of Annex-II, regarding fixation
of pay d pension with effect from 1.1.2006 as per table. D abo further clarified that
encase of pre-2006 pension who have completed 25 years or more years of qualifying
service, they shall be given notionally w.e.f 1.1.2006 actual aur aleial benefit shall be
drawn from 1.1.16, after fixation of pension in the revised rate.
3. Resolution at page 3 S.L 4.6
Provided that revised full pension of all pre-2016 pensioners, relatable to
maximum period of qualifying service, i.e.25 years , shall in no come be less than the
50% of the 1st cell of replacement level in pay matrix , shown in Annex (B) w.e.f.
1.1.16. Accordingly my pension is Rs.28,050/- DF.P 16,850/- be fix.
In view of the above circumstances, I am to request that, the pension revised in
class III level Rs. 22,450/- wrongfully may kindly revised to class I d fix up Rs.
28,050/- p.m. as pension d Rs.16,830/- as F.Pension as per Govt. order.
Due to mistake at your level an early action in this matter b requested by
31.6.18 d oblige.
