1 What is AIESEC according to you ?
In my opinion, AIESEC is one of the key for every youth to develop themselves. AIESEC
is more than a campus organization, but AIESEC stands to be a platform for young
people to be more open and sensible to world issues. AIESEC does not discriminate
anyone based on their sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, and religion.

2 What is AIESEC Way according to you? Explain how does the AIESEC Way is important!
AIESEC way for me is the core of the AIESEC for every work that we are going to do.
AIESEC way is like an AIESEC’s soul, it is our guide. AIESEC way tells about what, why
and how AIESEC works. AIESEC strives for a better world through fulfilment of
humankind’s potential, leadership is the fundamental solution of all conflicts. The
way the leadership get develop is by cross cultural exchange and team experiences.
It is so obvious that AIESEC way is so important.

3 What is your biggest motivation to apply as Team Member in AIESEC?

My biggest motivation is to give more chance to everyone believe in their own
strength, in order to make our world become better and to be useful for society.

4 Please explain your strengh and weakness to applying in this position!

My strength is to work in a team, in order to achieve our goals with a good

commucation skill. I like to talking to strangers. I want to improve myself to be more
confident and I am so excited how to persuade people and how to sell something in
the real world. I think I really need those skill in my life.

My weakness is I cannot work under too much pressure, it would make me out of my
way. That is why I always try to do any task that I get immediately in order to get the
best result and to decrease my weakness. I will keep focusing on my goals and try my
best in any situations.
