SUBJECT: Construction of Guardhouse and Pedestrian Entrance

In accordance with the Invitation to Bid and the Instruction to Bidders, the undersigned contractor, having
visited the site of the proposed construction of the above subject project and having familiarized himself
with the site conditions affecting the cost of the work, proposes to furnish all labor, materials, tools,
equipment, services and supervision for the construction of the subject project of Suntrust Properties, Inc.
in strict accordance with the Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents as prepared by Suntrust
Properties, Inc. and its consultants.

BID PRICE

We propose to undertake the complete construction of the said project for the Total Bid Amount of Pesos:

(P_________________) as summarized and detailed in the attached Summary of Bid Sub-Totals and Bid
Forms. This Bid is the lump sum amount for the complete works as required by the Contract Documents,
notwithstanding variances between actual site requirements and the quantities detailed in the attached Bid
Forms.

UNIT PRICES

We agree that if any addition or deletion in work items be required during the progress of the work, the
adjustment in the contract sum for such addition or deletion shall be made on the basis of the unit prices
in the attached Bid Forms. Said Unit Prices incorporate the corresponding direct Cost of Labor, Materials
or Equipment, any contingencies for waste, and profit/fee but does not include field and administrative
overhead.

DOWN PAYMENT

We shall require a down payment from the Owner at the amount equivalent to ______ percent of the Bid
Amount or ___________________________________________________(P_______________). The
down payment shall be used for the mobilization of equipments and for the purchase of materials to be
used in the project.
OWNER’S OPTION TO SUPPLY

We further propose, that, if the owner decides to exercise his option to supply any of the materials and
equipment required by the works, the total deductive prices from our Bid shall be based on the
corresponding prices of materials and equipment indicated in the attached Bid Forms.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We confirm that our Bid include all cost provisions for insurances, government taxes, duties, fees, etc. as
required by law as of this date. This proposal shall be firm and valid for ___________________ calendar
days from submittal date. We hereby agree to enter into a construction contract with the owner at any time
during the validity period of this proposal.

We further agree that we shall commence the works within ten (10) days from receipt of the Notice-To-
Proceed and thereafter fully complete the said works in 120 calendar days.
